From the moment you are in touch with us, throughout the funeral service, and as long as you need us afterwards, we're here for you.

Anyone may have their funeral in church where the dignity of the service and the atmosphere of the building can be helpful to those who are mourning.   The funeral can then be followed by either burial or cremation.   For those who prefer the whole ceremony to be held at a crematorium, the Rector is anxious to provide whatever support is appropriate and is willing to take the service and to officiate at the Burial of Ashes afterwards.

You will also find a lot of useful information on the Church of England Funerals web page

Our Churchyard at St Peters is available for burial or interment of ashes for those who live in the parish.   However, there are regulations regarding what may and what may not be provided as regards memorials and you are strongly advised to consult on this matter before requesting a churchyard burial.
